Wish the instructions were a little more comprehensive on what all the different settings do/are for. And I did email customer service with a question about just that and never heard back from them which was definitely disappointing, but the device itself is great. It’s light weight and portable and I’m enjoying using it.

This little machine carries a punch. I love it. I was having such a hard time finding a portable rechargeable red light therapy device. There’s not much out there but this one is perfect. Easily fits in a small purse. The light is really strong, I wear protective glasses when using it. Also the light travels wide which is a major plus. I highly recommend.

I got this right out box used it and I still haven't charged it yet. The battery life is pretty good I like how it has different settings it's so small like a phone, I like how this is portable I use it on my face and other parts of my body I've also used it on my husband he thinks the device is cool and so do I, I like how it comes with the little pouch so that it doesn't get scratched up. This device is small but it also works very well just like the larger ones.

I've always wanted to try red light therapy, and I've heard amazing things about it, but everything has been so big and bulky. This is wonderfully compact and easy to use. I love that it has a built in timer so I don't have to worry about using it too long, and it has different strength settings so I can increase the amount of light I need. It's helped improve skin conditions and also with soft tissue discomfort. I can't think of anything I don't like about this, except I wish I could set all the timing and lights and have a countdown to when it turns on, as the lights are super bright (that's not bad, just jarring). All in all, I'm very pleased with this.

I am impressed with the quality of this red light therapy device. The portable panel is made of aluminum casing. This makes this panel very sturdy and the size makes this device great for traveling.The device is power by a built-in battery and can be recharge through an USB-C port. Seller claims that each fully charge battery can last 2.5 hours. Usually, I would charge after every usage so I don't have to worry about the device drained without charge. The device is control by 4 different button at the front. You have to be familiar with what each button is for before turn it on. Because the red light will be too strong for eyes to look. I am also a little concern that this device doesn't come with any eye protection. The light is too bright for the eyes and I would not look at it while it is working.I can feel the warmth from the panel when I have the device on my skin. I haven't notice too much improvement on my muscle soreness due to work. I know it will take time before I see good result. I am using it everyday whenever I can.

It is easy to hold and easy to use. Red light therapy is great for pain relief and for muscle recovery. The size of the device makes it easy to target certain areas.

This handheld red light device is about the size of a large cell phone. It is made of metal which makes it durable, but heavy. The instructions are a little lacking. It has a "pulse" function with different speeds, but no mention of what that is for. High quality, but a little awkward to hold hovering over skin for the 10 minute session.

There is a lot I like about this device, though there's also some things I'd like improved. In short, it's a very good option as a handheld, portable red light device.Most portable battery-powered devices are the flashlight-like, which only has certain kinds of uses. This mini-panel meets a lot of other needs.The physical build quality seems very good, being primarily metal, not plastic. It feels like it will last well. Metal can conduct heat more than some plastic, and this device, especially the lights, definitely heats up during use. This is not abnormal with these devices, but it's worth noting and expecting.I love the many settings options, including timer, brightness, red and/or near infrared, plus frequencies. The LCD gives you easy visual feedback on which setting is selected. Once you know what settings you want, it's very easy to set up.That leads to some of the downsides (which are not make-or-break, but should be noted):-The instructions don't provide the most robust guidance on the various settings, such as which frequency to use. However, I found the seller to be very responsive to answer questions and provide clarifications. I was very impressed with their speed and detailed answers.-The buttons are capacitive, which means they won't get accidentally activated in a bag. However, if you end up laying the device on your skin, doing so can change a setting, turn the device off, etc. The recommendation from the seller is to hold it an inch or two away from the skin, but I don't think that's always practical. I wish the controls were on one of the sides or even the back to avoid this issue.-The device has to be on in order to select your settings. By default, this results in very bright red lights shining in your eyes, as they're right next to the settings. You can turn the light to NIR or seemingly off temporarily, but I've found I have to cover the light panel with my hand before turning it on. Again, having the settings on another side of the device would solve this issue.
